I met Allison at an open house and instantly knew that she had the character, knowledge, and creative thinking needed to find my first house. Throughout the buying process Allison always stayed positive and honest – she made me feel that finding the “right house” was much more important than buying the “house right now”. Since buying my first house Allison has brokered deals to sell my first house as well as build my new house. Allison has always been the perfect choice even when it came to building a home. Her thoroughness gave us insight to consider that we wouldn’t have thought about ourselves – even though we don’t have children she pointed out that this house could be the home with kids in it and wanted us to be comfortable with the school feeder system for the area.
When it came to building, Allison found us the right builder and the right neighborhood, arranged all of the initial meetings with the builder, took care of the quotes, and made sure all the fine details of everything that we wanted in our new home was on paper so that there would be zero surprises. She navigated all of the details with us so that we could confidently work with the builder during the construction phase. Six months later when closing time was upon us, Allison still came through the house to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and that the details she was so attentive on in the first place were honored.
Allison had my best interest at heart when I purchased my first house and that was still true when she brokered the deal for my wife and I to build our first home. Her honesty, assurance and dedication to her clients is remarkable.

As a first time buyer, the prospect of purchasing a new home seemed a daunting task. But, with Allison’s help, recommendations, and expertise, it went off without a hitch. A personalized, well-oiled machine. She helped me every step of the way; with all of the paper work, finding the right mortgage broker, the right lawyer, and the right home insurance.
The process of finding my new house needed to be timed right with my schedule, so that I could purchase while I was home from working at sea. Allison was very accommodating in this respect by emailing me all the information on properties meeting my criteria, so that I could view them while away. By the time that I got off ship, she had arranged for me to view all the houses that I wanted to see! Within a couple days of being home, we had found the right house, and we were able to close in time to move in before I went back to work.
I fired a lot of questions at Allison, me being new to the whole process. She would respond to my emails and texts within minutes, even late at night. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and accommodating realtor. I will recommend Allison to anyone I hear even considering buying a property.
