If you have been browsing my website you already know that I operate under the No Pushing philosophy. I believe a real estate professional’s job should be to market homes and facilitate sales as a trusted advisor, and that you should never feel pressured or pushed by your REALTORĀ®. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and have experience working in the banking and advertising industries. I have been selling real estate full-time since 2009. I also have personal experience in owning, managing, and renovating rental properties, so I understand the complexities of investing in residential properties and can assist you with your investment. My background gives me the expertise and experience to market your home effectively and to guide you through the process from start to finish. 

I understand that buying or selling a home is a BIG DEAL. It might be an ordinary every-day activity for real estate agents, bankers, and lawyers, but I never lose sight of the fact that for most people it is not an every-day occurrence. It is a huge investment and a complicated process that generates many questions and concerns, all of which are very important and deserve prompt responses.

I always put my clients’ needs first, so you can expect courteous service and prompt replies. If I don’t have the answers to your questions at my finger-tips I won’t leave you hanging. I will let you know as soon as possible that I am working on finding the answers for you, and if at at all possible how long it will take me to get them. I believe your time is valuable and I never want an opportunity to pass you by while waiting on answers.
