We’re all familiar with the stereotype of the pushy salesperson, who will say or do anything to make a deal. The decision to buy or sell a home is far too important to feel pressured or pushed. When working with you I am your facilitator, advisor, researcher, marketer, negotiator, and coordinator. My job is to help you with all aspects of the home buying or selling process, from the time you decide you may want to buy or sell, until the day of closing and beyond. My job is NOT to push you to close the deal.
I understand that buying or selling a home is a BIG DEAL. It might be an ordinary every-day activity for real estate agents, bankers, and lawyers, but I never lose sight of the fact that for most people it is not an every day occurrence. It is a huge investment and a complicated process that generates many questions and concerns all of which are very important and deserve prompt responses. If I don’t have the answers to your questions at my finger-tips I won’t leave you hanging. I will let you know as soon as possible that I am working on finding the answers for you, and if at all possible, how long it will take me to get them.
